^ marquee/weights/power is the responsibility of the purchaser. AusCycling is only providing the space to set up the pit space. Vehicles only permitted on site where possible, notice will be provided before each event. All marquees and trailers must fit within the purchased site dimensions
All pit sites will be 3m in depth, however if you would like a larger frontage option then what is listed in the options, please email harry.fortune@auscycling.org.au.
Important Information
- Unmanned Shops – For any reason, should you not be able to man your pit space at any time, your equipment is your responsibility and if you have anything valuable AusCycling advise that you lock it away somewhere safe while you are away from your site. AusCycling takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods or equipment.
- Waste Material – Waste bins will be available and it is the responsibility of the pit space owner to clean your site throughout the event.
